Hello Doctor, Me and My wife planning for Baby. while having sex , I am not having erection . so I had Megalis 20 mg . it helps in erection , but immediately the erection goes off. Sperm also not releasing as well . whereas when I masturbate I get erection and lots of sperm . i don't smoke . I consume alcohol thrice a month .
