I m on sexual abstinence from 20days.but yesterday night I was sleeping then I started mastubating bcz I got high sexual desires. But when I came in sense I stopped n checked myself n there was no pre cum or cum drops on my penis, bed half phant or underwear. It was not a dream. Did it break my sexual abstinence? I do yoga poses for 45mins n pranayama for 30mins too. Thanxx... Eagerly waiting for ur response
