  4. Sexual abstinence. I wash once a month?

I am on sexual and masturbation abstinence from 89 days. I have 2 queries. 1.does lemon with cold water help in sexual and masturbation abstinence? 2.should I wash my the smegma around my penis everyday or can i wash once a month? In these days i only give just water by jug on my penis and don't touch my penis. Thanxxx
