I am a 24 years old student. I want to practice sexual- abstinence until my marriage. Whatever happened in past, I can't change that but I cn change the future so I wanna practice it.i want to save myself now for my wife n keep pure. Wen i get erection I chant God's name n mantras. I don't hv any spiritual leader n don't want to follow. But last time I practiced abstinence for 49days then I masturbated. My study performance have become superb from that time. N physical endurance too. This is my own experience. I used to feel fatigue all the day wen i used to masturbate. Now I sleep early n get up early n don't have any distractions.. What u say.. Should I continue my abstinence? Thanx
