There are a lot of test mate, depending on when you had the intercourse
Can you tell me do you've any lesions around your penis? Or bleeding or some ulceration? Do you bleed from penis? Do you have difficulty in passing urine?
Hiv hbsag can be done but they aren't the only investigation I'd recommend. You seem like having gonnorrhoea or a simple uti. Need proper history to suggest more
