I have always wondered what's wrong with me as I can't have sex. It's highly painful..I maintain hygiene but still I have this white vaginal discharge which smells and itches. It also turns slightly dry and painful at times.

You are hvng probably some infection which cn lead to painful sex.
Other causes of dyspareunia include endometriosis , ovarian cyst, pelvic inflammatory diseases , adenomyosis etc.

You are having vaginal infection.Meet to nearby gynaecologist and get examined by herGetvdone swab culture and accordingly use medicine both partners .You take local vaginal tablet also .Sex should be prohibited for 10 days.
