Hello sir, I would suggest following treatment 1 tab Etoricoxib+thiocholchiside BD dose after food 2 tab Pan 40 OD dose before food 3 tab preGaba 75 mg OD after dinner Along with this main treatment is physiotherapy treatment ask for IFT &TENS modalities for 10 days you ll be fine by 10 days.
