Severe wet cough since Monday evening

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I m having Severe wet cough & breathless since Monday evening. I suffer with same symptoms twice a year. I am taking Moxikind CV 625- 1, Twice a day Deriphyllin retard 300- 1, twice a day Brozedex SF syrup- 10ml, thrice a day Montek LC- 1 at night Nebulisation of Budecort 1mg & Duolin twice a day. But no relief
