Severe waist pain when walking
I get severe waist area pain when morning walking. This doesn't happen if I run instead. I exercise and play badminton daily and this does not happen. Its only when I walk instead I get this pain. Its severe and after a while its very difficult to continue walking or bend. Goes away after I rest for 5 min and stop walking. Have tried stretching and other exercise before walking but of no use. This happens most when I wake up in morning and have slight pain on my side waist area which i think may be due to sleeping on one side more. Pl suggest
