Severe throat pain while swallowing!
Hi! Doctor I've tested covid positive and currently suffering from severe or intense throat pain while swallowing food or be it my own saliva.Cant figure out what to do doctor! Please doctor help me out by giving me required prescriptions!. Sp02 level-98 PR-103 Thank You Waiting for your kind help 🆘!

Ceftum 500 1 tab twice daily for 7 days Zerodol SP 1 tab twice daily for 7 days Pan 40 1 tab ones daily for 7 days before food Allegra 120 1 tab ones at bedtime for 7 days Betadine gurgle - Dilute 5 ml of Betadine Gargle with equal amount (5 ml) of warm water and gurgle and rinse for 5 minutes without swallowing. Repeat up to 3 to 4 times daily.
