Hello Friend, Good day. I can understand your concern.  Be aware that body and mind are closely interconnected. Means, any emotional disturbance like stress or anxiety can easily affect the normal functioning of body.  So, stress  can cause physical symptoms like hair loss, dandruff, pimples, acidity,  excess sweating, digestion issues and many more. Similar, excess body heat (in Ayurveda it's called pitta) also can cause hair fall. So it's better to  manage your stress levels and body heat to overcome this problem. Feel free to reach online for further assistance on stress Management. Be positive. You will be alright soon.

Hello my dear, All I can assure is you can regain your hair growth by staying calm, diet and some oil massages.. Yet, the important factor is being calm from inside. How to stay calm and de-stress is what you can seek a professional support. Do contact a therapist to de-stress yourself..
