  4. Severe stomach pain. The past one week.

Severe stomach pain
Uncontrollable abdominal pain , bloated stomach, constipation, flatulence, no hunger, feeling full, acid reflexes at times. Pain is fluctuating sometimes very high, sometimes nothing. Same condition for the past one week.
