Severe stomach pain

Asked for Male, 8 Years

My 8 year cousin brother is suffering from severe stomach pain since last 2 days. Till now, he has been consulted 2-3 doctors. Today urine and stool examination were tested. Based on that doctor guessing it is as one these, urine infection/ stone/appendices. At present, my brother is suffering with very severe stomach pain. Please provide guidance

What do the reports show?If pain is NOT around navel,get an ultrasound done,immediately. Does he have fever,vomiting or loose motions or burning during urination? All these questions are important to arrive at a diagnosis. Syp meftal-spas is effective for severe pain.
