Severe Skin Problem
Dear Sir/ Madam
My father is suffering from severe skin problem at below waist area as pic attached herewith. Also in neck area, kindly suggest some medicine or cream for relief. It is very itching and pain too in that area. Plz advice some home remedy for this.
