Severe shoulder pain starting from neck

Asked for Female, 38 Years

Severe pain in shoulder starting from neck. Earlier it was on right side only but today it's on both sides. Doctor gave symbol 40 which was takes for over a month. The issue is symbol 40 does not suit. It creates pain in stomach and diginess and whole she feel sleepy and could not do any work. Please suggest a medicine for immediate relief. Taken combiflame but of no use. It's really urgent, please suggest a solution for immediate relief.
