Severe scalp acne
I am having numerous acne bumps throughout back and front of my scalp. Most of them have yellowish pus like fluid coming out of them if bursted. They are itchy and cause pain as well. It happenned earlier also and I consulted a dermatologist who prescribed a lotion called 'Antidruf'.
That time it subsided but now it reappered with much more severity, and isnt fading by using the lotion.
I also have a long history of skin issues due to eczema in various parts of my body.
What should I do?

Kindly meet a Dermatologist near you for diagnosis and treatment plans. Similar presentation can be seen in many skin diseases and can be diagnosed during a consultation. OTC anti-allergic medications may be useful till then.
