Severe Reaction with Funzi NM cream
My sister unknowingly used Funzi NM cream without a doctor’s supervision for about 45+days, thinking it would help my skin. After stopping it, she developed small rashes, blackheads, and whiteheads on my face and neck. About 20 days ago, she visited dermatologist, who prescribed Acne UV 50 sunscreen, Nilac gel, Niawhite serum, and Glotamin tablets.
Within the next two weeks, her face became extremely swollen and round, with painful cystic acne, inflammation, and swollen lips. She also noticed mild swelling in the lymph nodes under my chin and behind my ears. As a result, the doctor added Tab Augmentin 625 mg (twice daily for 5 days), Pantosec, and yesterday prescribed Zinase-D (twice daily after food) and Omnacortil 20 mg (after breakfast for 3 days) in response to my complaint of pain and the severe condition of my face.
It has been a very painful and distressing experience. I would like to know how long it will take for her skin and swelling to fully heal and her to recover.
