Severe rashes,drynes and itching on skin
I have started taking tablets for diabetes for last 6 months as prescribed by my dietitians,Instead of insulin9 more than 10years of diabetes history) i was given tabs for 3times a day and after 2nd month of using them red itching patches started in my intimate and personal places. it started expanding day by day and heavy itching. Now adays only dry skin is left but still itching continous, Kindly help me to get rid of them bcoz it also started spreading over my face and hands

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and buttocks area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like fourderm, panderm, quadriderm, hh zole, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application.
