Severe pricking pain
Hi
I have been a diabetic since the last 6 years. I am taking regular medicines with regular exercise.
Since the last few days there has been pain under my foot and with pain suddenly coming out of the blue. The pain is like as though someone is poking me with a needle. All my vitamins test have been good and no deficiency.
This pain starts in the evening and continues into the night and I am forced to take pain killers. My sugar is under control and my intake of sugar is also very less.
Can somebody please advise.

Yes it's called diabetic neuropathy. Please start Tab amitriptylline 10mg once in the night.
