My dad is 65 years old and he is suffering from severe piles pain. Doctor suggested Kshara sutra therapy, so we need to know whether surgery or Kshara sutra therapy treatment is better

I think it is best for you to go for surgical management. Because ayruvedic medicines takes long time to work and even its not sure how much it wl improve. But surgery will gv him instant cure. Rest on you.
