Severe pain while sitting and walking

Asked for Male, 55 Years

I am 55 year old male with height 165cm and weight 94kg. My right leg is affected with polio since childhood. Whenever I sit for 30 minutes hanging my leg (resting my leg downwards), I get severe pain, swelling, numbness and no sensation in my polio effected right foot. And also apart from that, even if I walk for a few yards, I am facing the same problem and it remains(continues) for many days.
