Severe pain. And she suddenly wakes up.

My mother is 55 years old she is Over weight, swelling on both legs.unable to stand more than a minute.swelling on face puffy eyes.swelling on full body of right side.body pain and severe pain in both the legs daily.shortness of breath.If she walks more than 2 minutes she is unable to take breathe properly and got lower back pain.Now she is also having sciatica since 1 month .most of the time having constipation.she is having high b.p.All her reports are normal.she do not have thyroid or any other disease except high b.p.she is having all these problems since 25 years.All her joints are paining.During winters her pain becomes severe.whenever she sleeps something watery liquid comes out of  her nose and she suddenly wakes up.sometimes having stomach ache also. Doctor please advise
