I am having extreme pain in the teeth near the wisdom tooth.I was given ZnO dressing there 1 yr ago..it is severely paining from 5-6 days..it pains the whole day.and it has become very sensitive.i was having antibiotics and chymoral for pain relief but nothing seems better.due to lockdown I can't even go to a dentist.
Please advise me some treatments for relief.

For pain relief tab ketorol dt is known to be best effective drug....
For proper treatment plan... kindly share some pics of that teeth and gums region and perfer private chat...
If you have severe pain after a filling .the first thing u must do is to Remove the Zinc Oxide Eugenol filling as soon as possible from The paining site.it will relieve you half the pain..now since u r having wisdom pain you need long acting antibiotics.
You can take Augmentin 625mg and along with Zerodol-SP(Serratiopeptidase works lot good during inflammation ) twice day for three days..
If pain stil persist u need to remove the tooth surgically getting help with ur local dentist.

Have antibiotics for at least 5 days. Pain will fully relieve only if the filling is removed .. so for now u don eat with that side have soft diet . Salt warm water gargle . Mouth wash plax u can use take 7 to 10 ml gargle for 4 min n rinse t off. Don eat r drink for half an hour after tat.
Once lockdown is finished u have to see dentist . U have to take x ray n rule out the status f tooth . If prognosis s good u can go for act n crown . Or else extraction and replacement
For now take the medication prescribed.
