Severe pain in last 3 tooth, pain in jaw

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am facing severe pain in last 3 tooth and pain in jaw and now till ear. I have visited 2 dentist and all they recommended is tooth paste. The pain is increasing and I also got the X-ray done. The doctor did not suggest anything based on X-ray. my second last tooth had a cavity which is filled 2 years back. Not able to sleep as pain is there inc.

The kind of pain u r telling strongly suggest of a tooth pulpal pain, particularly when u r telling that u have pain at night.So u should see a dentist and get it evaluated.dentist might do a vitality test on the teeth to identify the tooth.this is done to find whether tooth responds to a strong stimulus like hot ,cold or electiric impulse.Early infection of the tiith may not reveal in the xray.pls see a specialist. .
