Severe migraine
Hi, I was diagnosed with migraine in 2017 and after 2018 the severity of this had decreased. Fir the past week it feels like it's come back and it's very difficult to work. I've no medications for this, as any medication would stop affecting after 1-3months.

You need to see the factors causing it. Medication will help but you need to make lifestyle changes too. Most importantly try to do some changes in routine. Start exercises and meditation. Eat more veggies in diet and fresh fruits. Avoid electronic devices and mobile phone especially at night. Sos painkillers Relaxation therapy before sleeping. Consult if you need medication.
