  4. Severe migrain and headaches. Worried?

Severe migrain and headaches
This is the second time this week that I have like this explosion in my head which brings terrible migrain and facial paralysis. I feel dizzy and nauseous, I have pain in my neck and my eyes feel like they want to pop out. I suffer from severe anemia and had a pulmonary embolism in 2010. Should I be worried?
