Need to see the picture of lesion
As per biopsy report , their is suspicion of squamous malignancy
So total excision of lesion is advised

Kindly get a review of the slides of the Histopathology report to get a confirmation on the report or get a PET scan done.
In case of a malignant lesion a wide local excision of the lesion with a neck dissection will be required.
Medicines are unlikely to be effective at this point.
