Severe joint stiffness knee &back pain?

I have sex with a girl 100 days ago after  3rd day sudden weakness of body after that (itching in my organ and painfull urination ) Day 4 starting one side knee pain always, still pain was continue All joints are pain after 2 weeks After one month of exposure(no pain)clear all After I had alcohol (pain starts after that day with BACK PAIN) Now till the day (lower & middle back pain, severe Join pain Muscle pain and weakness Knee pain Ankle pain Neck stiffness (pain sorround the spinal) HEAVY joint stiffness Eye inflammation (Took test HIV 3  times (QPCR,QPCR,westernblot) Took 1st blood test (WBC HIGH ,WITH 4-6 PUS cells in urine) 2 nd test neutrophils high in WBC now also joint stiffness & pain & mucsle weakness Tell me plzzz what is this? I fear about this plzzzz help me
