Severe Jock Itch

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I am having Jock Itch since October. Treated it with flucinonide ointment and it is still there. Taking medications right now but so far it is still not healing. Also it is starting to spread all over my body and it really don't looked good as it starting to have these white dots and it the itch spreads to the pubic area of my private part. Also I didn't have an idea on what should and what I should not do.
