Severe itchy hair fall

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am facing severe hair fall from past 15 days. Dry and itchy scalp. I have also tried trigaine and trigaine anti dandruff shampoo, but no luck. I am also taking adhair biotin tablet everyday before sleep. Please advise. Thanks.

Is there any history of severe illness, typhoid , or stress in your life in past 3 - 4 month . If yes it could be telogen effluvium. Then hair will fall for for few more days. If you are using trigain shampoo better to shift to trigain caffein shampoo regularly ( almost daily) . Caffein complex will help to have better circulation and better delivery of nutreints to roots . Biotin tablets need to be continued. Walnuts and eggs, protein rich diet will help. But better to consult dermatologist
