Severe itching on whole body

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have severe uncontrollable it hing in whole body legs,arms,back,now eyes also ,head due to seborrhea,thighs,for past 1 year.It was triggered after bathing with warm water,sweating,not taking bath, travelling and other unknown factors. It is very disturbing. Is it linked to bathing or cleanliness? or there us some other reason. Plz suggest some medicine.
