Severe Itching and burning with rashes

Severe Itching of skin, burning sensation on skin and rashes. Throt clog, coughing, and sputum from 2 years tried all types of medicine ( homeopathy, allopathic, ayurveda) its not working some doctors says it is urticaria and some says excess of heat in body abs some day psoriasis.... Kindly advise
