Severe Headache
Sir, Patient suffering from one sided severe headache past one month from now meanwhile we visited doctor who gave medication for sinusitis initially and it is omitted as sinusitis as there is no improvement. We met a neurologist this time and CT scan was taken no diagnosis could be made gave medication for a Migraine and again MRI-Brain,MRV, MRC is taken consulted with Neurologist but there is no conclusive diagnosis is made. Pain reappears once medication for Migraine is stopped. Kindly provide the guidence for the further treatment.
