Severe headache _breastfeeding mother

Hi, I am breastfeeding mother for 6months old baby girl. I am getting regularly headache from one month. I have eye power sight also need to go for checkup. For now can I take nimesularc 100 for headache for time being. As m breastfeeding mother can I take this tab.?
