Severe head lice

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I got head lice from my niece and it's been 1 year now, till today I have tried endless products and home remedies for the permanent reduction of these but it doesn't work for me. I need a permanent solution or treatment please suggest me where I can get this. Thank you.

Head louse can be treated with Permithrin creme rinse which has to applied for 20 minutes and then rinsed off. 20 minutes you have to cover with towel. Repeat after a week and stop. All family members should be treated at once or it can keep recurring.
