Severe hairfall from roots.

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I have been facing a great hairfall since 1 year.The hairs are falling without any reason while combing,while shampooing,while sitting,while standing,means everytime.They have become very thin,means halfer than the half as they were earlier.I have tried many things and consulted many doctors too but not got the result.Please help me.
