Severe hair loss

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I'm losing my hair severly on the central head line. If I wash my head it becomes flaky. If I don't wash for a day, it becomes oily and flat. Hair falls all the time not only while taking shower. Pictures attached. I moved to Paris three months back. Hair loss was there before but not this severe since last three weeks. I have lots of grey hair Already. I colour my hair using non ammonia high quality hair colour once in a while. Need help.
