Severe hair loss and grey

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi, i am 26 year old and i am facing severe hair loss that my scalp is too much visible now. And new growth is that short that when i open my hair those short hair between long hair stand up and they look wierd. Moreover all the hair close to center partition are grey. Id don't havr black hair at center partition. So collectively it has become so difficult for me to tie and even to open my hair. They are too rough and length is not even increasing. Please help
