I have been facing severe hair fall since three years. I notice my hairline thinning and feel ashamed to leave my hair loose as it looks slightly bald. I feel like crying when I see myself in the mirror. My hair is as thin as a rats tail once I oil it. My friend suggested me to take Biotin tablets, but not sure which tablet to take. Please help
