Hi Doctor, I am having trouble with my hair, my scalp is so itchy and I can see some grease like substance in my nails, although I wash my hair daily with some good shampoos like L'Oréal etc, I can see around 100 hair strands falling out every day to overcome this I am now washing my hair twice a day, I can see a little difference in hair fall but eventually over washing hair is also bad as I can see it weakens it. Kindly suggest me something how can I stop my hair fall, I will be highly grateful if you can suggest something effective.
