Severe Hair fall and flakes

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My age is 23 ,I have white flakes in my head and also hair fall,so,I have consulted a dermatologist 6 months ago he gave me "mashyne 1000" tablet and diprovate plus solution for my hair..now the flakes are reduced to 90% but now iam experiencing severe hair fall why?
