Severe Gastritis

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have been suffering from severe gastritis (sever burpings all thru the day with extreme discomfort, feels like vomitting sometimes) for the past one month and started taking nexpro IT twice a day for the past 4 days (recomme ded for 2 weeks). I took the same nexpro IT once a day for 7 days before switching to twice a day. I have not seen a major difference yet. Is something seriously wrong with my digestive system? I'm scared of endoscopy test to be honest!

Nexpro IT must be taken only once a day... No point in taking twice a day. For burping try diaphragmatic exercise, please see YouTube of diaphragmatic exercise by Mercy University and practise it multiple times in a day.
