Severe Depression As Per Online Tests.
Age -22, Female, Currently taking homeopathy medecine for PCOD & Abcess. Also taking Multi Vitamin. And Vitamin C Table. Occupation :- Student. I have been feeling very low & have been crying over every little things. Even every little negative behaviour or attitude by people is hurting me a lott. I am unable to concentrate on my studies. I can't recall previously learnt lessons or chapters. I am forgetting things very often. Feeling tired throughout the day without doing any work. I don't feel good all day or most of the times. Reacting on my family members, relationships are hampering. Family members are misunderstanding coz i am unable to convey them my situation. I can't tell my family about what i am presently going through coz my family may get hurt if they realise i am suffering from depression or mental health at such young age. Please help & suggest me some tonic or vitamins or something which i can easily take without and tests or letting my family know. Please help.
