Hello, it can be helpful to connect with a psychologist for counseling where you'll get help in recognising the triggers to this anxiety. The counselor will also be able to equip you with management techniques for the physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety. I see that medication led to dependence and side effects. However, counseling will help you be more independent in handling these concerns. I hope this helps.
The symptoms you mentioned seemed to be inorganic as I expect you have done a lot of medical tests and the reports were normal. There wasn't any sign or problems identified. In short, reports were normal.
This is a case of Somatoform disorder. One reason can be stress but other factors are also considered for proper treatment.
The medications won't help much in this case. Consult a registered clinical psychologist. Upon taking your case history and required information the root cause will be identified and rectified by therapies.
Hi
Consult a doctor about medication and symptoms. Consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. It is necessary to determine what is making you feel anxious and depressed. In the past four days you are feeling afraid of everything.
To feel better consult a doctor and psychologist. I suggest you consult a doctor first and then consult a psychologist.
Next Steps

Hi... Just think about it. Are you repressing something so deeply that your subconscious mind is completely submerged in it. Is it possible that these symptoms are merely caused by repressing those core issues. Is it possible to share and find out if it can be dealt with Counselling alone or some medication may also be needed. Just think about it and you will find your answer.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
Hi, since a few days as you mentioned all the symptoms are relapsing kindly consult a mental health care professional asap (preferably psychotherapist) for proper assessment, understanding the root cause and addressing through various psychotherapeutic approaches.
Discontinuing medication without the advice of your doctor to do so is likely to produce the adverse outcomes as you are explaining. Medicines may have their side effects. Yet the doctors prescribe them after due thoughts about them. The fact that your condition worsened after stopping the medication is proof enough that you do need medicines. I would suggest you to get back to your doctor and explain everything. Please follow medical advice after that which is likely to bring some normalcy back in you soon. After you start feeling better, please consult a psychologist on moving ahead in a healthier way.
