Severe cough and cold
My son who is 6 weeks old is suffering from severe cold, cough and fever from 1 week.
I have seen a doctor and have been using medication since 2 days. However I don't see any improvement. He has not passed motion from past 3 days which is bothering me.

No issues if the child hasn't passed stool but if it's bothering u then put glycerine suppository that can be brought from chemist
