Your Echo is normal. Just a simple TMT is sufficient to rule out heart disease. You also meed lifestyle modifications for high cholesterol

Your Echo report is fine. TMT is a stress test to find out the probability of having a block. For cholesterol do diet and exercise. Moreover the pain you describe looks like cervical spondylosis. No harm in getting an orthopedic consultation and physiotherapy.
