Severe body pains

Asked for Male, 58 Years

Doctor, till yesterday evening no symptoms of any illness and infact she was doing garden work too. But suddenly from 7 pm she is experiencing unbearable body pain . I gave her paracetamol though it relieved a bit again at 3.30 AM had to give paracetamol again. She had loose motions too two times. Please help
