  4. Severe backpain. It's a continuous pain!

I've been having severe backpain which leads to legs also...I'm not able to sit ,sleep n walk properly....I have done MRI also nd the report are perfectly fine..it's more like muscle pain n I m going to physiotherapist also but I can't see any improvement.. n it's a continuous pain

Hello It is more of confirmation  that your  pain is due muscle weakness and muscle  imbalance. Get physio  that includes  exercise and DFM
