Severe back pain
I'm suffering from back pain since last 1 month, the pain is movable sometimes in upper part n sometime middle or lower back. I have been taking muscle relaxing ointment n hot water bag treatment but as such there is no improvement n now it has become unbearable. What should I do?

Your back pain is due to muscle weakness and it has set in since long time. Might have developed some trigger points too. See a proper physiotherapist who is good at my of as ciao release and then start strengthening exercise

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Consult a physiotherapist & do physiotherapy sessions.. take complete rest...kindly go for few blood test..like vitamin d , vitamin b 12 , calcium.. to now what is going inside your body.. if they are deficient in your body.. take supplements... to manage your pain along with this Physio sessions are more important.. don't do any kind of excersise till pain subsides.. take care.. get well soon

hi hav regular timely food and consult the physio and learn isometric neck exercises.Avoid dropping of shoulder,lying watchingtv,reading books.

Hi, it need to be assess properly, as you tried conventional method and problem still persist,      so consult orthopedic or physio to diagnose properly to get good treatment till then keep your body posture correct, hot fermentation,  and rest. Tc and stay healthy...

Hi did u have any strain or any previous history of back issues? Do u have gas accumulation or gastritis? Coz the pain is moving it may be coz of gas also
