Every morning I wake up I struggle with the terrible back pain.
I want to know the reason of the pain.
I've tried changing the mattress,however the pain still continues.

Pain in the back while waking up is usually due to rheumatological and rarely due to neurological reasons..go for a consultation with neurosurgeon and follow his advice..
If there is no identifiable neurological reasons then consult a rheumatologist.
